At Lotus & Beyond, every itinerary is personally researched and carefully designed to help you experience South East Asia in a thoughtful and personal way. Recommendations are based on the information, availability and prices known at the time of planning.

Availability, prices and currencies

Accommodation, flights, ferries, transfers, guides, activities and other travel services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Prices shown in itineraries are estimates only unless expressly confirmed by the relevant supplier. Prices may change due to exchange rates, seasonal demand, supplier pricing, taxes or availability.

Independent suppliers

Lotus & Beyond does not own or operate airlines, hotels, ferry companies, transfer providers, guides, activity operators or other travel suppliers.

All third-party services are subject to the supplier’s own terms, conditions and cancellation policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, availability or delivery of services by third-party suppliers.

Transport changes and delays

We are not responsible for changes to flight, ferry, train or domestic transport schedules, or for delays, cancellations, missed connections or additional costs caused by transport providers.

Weather, natural events and force majeure

Travel plans may be affected by weather, seasonal conditions, natural events, political events, strikes, illness, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for changes, cancellations, delays or additional costs caused by such events.

Travel documents, health and insurance

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, health documents, travel insurance and any other entry or transit requirements for their destination.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include cover for medical expenses, cancellation, delays, lost luggage, emergency assistance and relevant activities.

On-trip support

On-trip support from Lotus & Beyond is not included unless agreed separately.

Where possible, we provide local contact details for on-the-ground assistance in each destination. Additional support from us during travel is available on request at €50 per hour, subject to availability.

Personal responsibility

Some destinations and activities in South East Asia may involve adventure, including hiking, boating, snorkelling, diving, cycling, wildlife experiences, remote travel or uneven terrain.

Travellers participate at their own discretion and are responsible for assessing their own abilities, following local laws and complying with the instructions of guides, suppliers and authorities.

Personal use

Itineraries, recommendations and travel guides prepared by Lotus & Beyond are intended only for the personal use of the client for whom they were created.

They may not be shared, forwarded, copied, resold or repurposed for others without written permission or payment of a separate planning fee.
